Rental Terms and Conditions

Ownership
The equipment remains the property of GSD Innovation at all times. Nothing in this agreement gives the renter any ownership rights.

Liability
GSD Innovation is not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages suffered by the renter, including lost production or claims from the renter’s customers, arising from the use or unavailability of the equipment.

Damage and Negligence
The renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow proper operating procedures. The renter must pay the full cost of repair or replacement in such cases.

Return of Equipment
At the end of the rental period, the renter must make the equipment freely available for GSD Innovation to collect, in the same location and condition as it was provided (fair wear and tear excepted).
