Refund policy

Warranty:

• All spare parts are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation if installation not performed by GSD.
• In the event of a warranty claim, the seller will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
• Returned parts must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom-ordered or non-stock parts may not be eligible for return.
