Spare Parts Terms and Conditions

  1. Quote Validity:
  • This quote is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after the expiration date.
  1. Acceptance:
  • Acceptance of this quote constitutes a binding contract for the purchase of the specified spare parts under these terms and conditions. Acceptance can be made in writing by email in reference to the quote number, or with a signed quote.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Payment is due on receipt of invoice.
  • Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
  1. Shipping and Delivery:
  • Shipping costs are included in the quote.
  • Delivery lead times are estimates and may vary depending on part availability and shipping destination.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the parts passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Parts will be shipped once all are available unless specifically requested and noted otherwise.
The goods are sold Delivered at Place (DAP).
Seller's Responsibilities: The seller is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods. This includes packaging and handling, freight and insurance.
Buyer's Responsibilities: If applicable, the buyer is responsible for import clearance including customs duties, taxes, and any other import-related fees.
  1. Warranty:
  • All spare parts are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation if installation not performed by GSD.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, the seller will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part.
  1. Returns:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • Returned parts must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-ordered or non-stock parts may not be eligible for return.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • The seller's liability for any damages arising from the sale or use of these spare parts is limited to the purchase price of the parts.
  • The seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime.

By accepting this quote, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
